Regu-lation proposed amendments to the Renewable Fuels - Speech by the Honourable Peter Kent Minister of Environment hamilton ladies (Ontario). In deuxime phase of Council Regulation, we promised to require an average grade of 2% renewable fuel in diesel and heating oil. In the weeks ahead we will publish, in Part I of the Canada Gazette, a draft amendment to Regu-lation on renewable fuels, to implement the requirement binds the content of 2 %.
